Did you know that working out on a trampoline works every part of your body?  In our Maxxercise class not only will you be having fun but you will be working out your entire body.  The workout primarily focuses on legs, core and cardio but, as you are jumping, your shoulders, arms and all other muscles are being worked thanks to gravity.  It is a low impact routine that is able to be enjoyed by jumpers of all physical abilities.
